Description
As a Client Success Executive, you'll play a key role in helping our commercial teams demonstrate the value of our marketing solutions across The Grocer, Convenience Store and Forecourt Trader brands. By turning campaign performance, audience insight and customer data into compelling stories, you'll help clients understand the impact of their investment, support stronger commercial conversations and contribute to long-term customer retention and growth.
Working across digital advertising, print, events and integrated partnerships, you'll partner with teams across the business to improve reporting, strengthen proposals and enhance the overall client experience.
This role could be a great fit for someone with experience in digital marketing, media, client services, customer success, PR or analytics.
This role can be based from either our London or Brighton office locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating campaign reports, insights and commercial evidence that clearly demonstrate performance and value against client objectives
- Strengthening sales proposals and customer presentations with audience insight, research, case studies and proof points
- Developing compelling client-facing materials that turn data, results and campaign outcomes into clear and persuasive stories
- Coordinating campaign information from multiple sources and ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent and delivered on time
- Maintaining case studies, testimonials, audience evidence packs and sales tools that inform commercial conversations across the business
- Partnering with sales, editorial, marketing, events, audience and data teams to exchange feedback, identify opportunities and improve client outcomes
- Contributing to client review and renewal discussions by providing insights, recommendations and evidence that help drive retention and account growth
What You’ll Need
- A commercially minded approach and an interest in identifying what drives campaign performance, customer engagement and client value
- Experience interpreting data, reporting metrics or campaign results and translating them into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences
- The ability to turn data, research and complex information into engaging presentations, reports and client-ready materials
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and building effective relationships internally and externally
