Job Description:

JD&Co. are partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led business that connects leading organisations with emerging talent through structured content, campaigns, and development programmes.

This newly created role is a brilliant opportunity to deliver high-impact client projects – from virtual events to mentoring schemes and content campaigns – all designed to elevate employer brand and drive engagement with future talent.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver meaningful programmes that make a difference. If you love organising, coordinating people, and taking ownership of delivery, this could be your perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities:

? Programme Delivery – Own the day-to-day delivery of mentoring schemes, digital events, and employer campaigns. Keep everything running smoothly across teams and timelines.

? Client Success – Help ensure clients get real value from every programme. Build relationships, communicate progress clearly, and contribute to retention and upsell opportunities.

? Content Coordination – Manage the flow of campaign assets, session content, and platform updates. Work with internal teams to keep briefs, deadlines, and content aligned.

? Operational Support – Maintain CRM and internal systems, help track project milestones, and support broader team delivery processes.

? Insight & Feedback – Capture survey results and client feedback, drawing out key takeaways to improve future programme performance.

About You:

  • You’re a strong project or client success manager – someone who thrives on structure, timelines, and delivery
  • You’re a confident communicator who can build trust with clients and collaborators
  • You’re tech-savvy and happy using tools like Zoom, Mailchimp, and CRM systems
  • You’re commercially minded, with a proactive, can-do approach
  • You’re detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture

What’s on Offer:

  • £45,000 – £55,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • 10% bonus tied to personal and team performance
  • Remote-first (UK-based) with regular London meet-ups
  • £500 home office setup allowance + £300 tech allowance
  • 25 days holiday + UK bank hols + Christmas shutdown
  • Growth opportunities in a purpose-driven, agile team

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO BE IN LONDON DURING SEASONAL TIMES FOR CONSECUTIVE DAYS AT A TIME

(particularly March to July and again in October and November — where this person is needed to be in London two to three days a week, sometimes for several weeks in a row. This will mostly be for client meetings and event-related work. On top of that, there may be 6 or so trips per year to cities like Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol.)
