Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and keen to develop your understanding of investment management and Defined Contribution (DC) retirement solutions?

Eden Scott’s client is seeking a Client Success Associate – DC Investments to join their team on a 12-month day rate contract, based in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our investment business, supporting key institutional clients and gaining insight into a dynamic and evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a post-sales relationship manager, partnering with internal Institutional Client Business teams and DC clients to deliver a high standard of service.
  • Understand client needs and ensure services are delivered in line with agreed arrangements, coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers.
  • Manage the timely and accurate delivery of client materials including reporting, invoices, pricing data, and more.
  • Handle and resolve new operational client requests, escalating complex matters to internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Own client queries from start to finish—delegate, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality, timely responses.
  • Support senior team members in delivering seamless service to strategic clients.
  • Log and escalate client complaints appropriately, following internal protocols and helping to mitigate client dissatisfaction.
  • Assist with client onboarding and change activity, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in service delivery, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Contribute to or occasionally lead project initiatives to enhance service, efficiency, and business growth.

Person Specification

  • Experience in client service, operations, or investment management (ideally within a DC pensions or institutional context).
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple tasks, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
