Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Align with sponsors’ expectations — pre- and post-sale — ensuring the sales process is feasible and deliverable.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients once they have signed the contract, from initial planning through event delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM system.
  • Provide daily support to sponsors to facilitate their registration through our internal management systems.
  • Build an internal knowledge base and assist with onboarding new clients.
  • Collect feedback from clients post-event to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

  • Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of structuring and prioritizing work.
  • Have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
  • Have a valid UK work permit.
  • Learn quickly and are competent with new systems.
  • Are proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Have 3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles.
