At Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS), we’re on the lookout for a Client Solutions Manager – Presales to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global leader in payment solutions, driving technical engagement with both prospects and existing clients.
About the Role
As a Client Solutions Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering solutions that help clients unlock the full potential of our platform. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, your expertise will shape proposals, lead product demos, define solution architecture, and support commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical thought leader and EPS ambassador internally and externally.
- Build and maintain a library of presales materials and standard solution documentation.
- Lead and qualify new business opportunities, contributing to the uptake of scalable and profitable propositions.
- Translate client needs into fully scoped business requirements for strategic programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on how to optimise their use of our platform APIs and features.
- Stay on the pulse of market trends, identifying new opportunities and influencing the product roadmap.
You will excel in this role if you:
- Have solid payment industry experience, preferably with card schemes or BaaS/PaaS.
- Thrive in consultative roles, using a customer-first mindset to develop solutions.
- Bring a mix of technical knowledge and commercial acumen, understanding how to match business requirements to platform capabilities.
- Are experienced in Agile or Scrum methodologies and know how to navigate software development processes.
- Excel at stakeholder management and are naturally collaborative, working across teams and functions.
- Are analytical and strategic, always considering broader goals while delivering tangible outcomes.

- Language Skills: French is a plus, but not required
