Job description

The EMEA region plays a pivotal role, representing an advanced and fast-evolving gaming ecosystem home to many of the industry’s global market leaders.

As a Client Solutions Manager for Gaming in EMEA, you will manage Meta’s largest Mobile Gaming, Real Money Gaming, and Console partners—driving technical solutions, performance optimizations, product adoption, and innovation at scale. Success in this role requires good data, technical, and analytical skills that enable translating business objectives into analysis frameworks, providing a data-driven consultative sales approach, and thriving in a dynamic, team-focused environment. This position is based in our London office and requires travel as needed.

Client Solutions Manager, Gaming, EMEA Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a product & insights expert to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners.
  2. Build and manage relationships with key clients and partners (e.g., media, creative, measurement, marketing partners).
  3. Manage a book of business, drive performance through operational rigor and sales acumen, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, analyze sales data, and create targeted sales strategies.
  4. Develop and lead new business opportunities through strategic account planning to drive investment growth.
  5. Develop narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, and present findings to executive stakeholders.
  6. Design experimentation initiatives, develop tracking, analyze results, and present recommendations.
  7. Serve as an external product consultant to educate clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, growing existing business partnerships.
  8. Drive proactive media & measurement strategies, implementation, and optimization to increase performance and investments.
  9. Manage account operations, including troubleshooting issues and account setup.
  10. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to manage complex workstreams.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in digital media, sales, product, and/or performance marketing within gaming, tech, and digital native industries.
  • Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, presenting insights clearly, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to leverage data, develop insights, and build business cases.
  • Experience managing a book of business, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to translate complex insights into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in influencing C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of attribution models, incrementality measurement, and conversion lift methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data privacy frameworks affecting performance marketing strategies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead in changing environments.
  • Good understanding of the gaming, mobile app, and broader tech ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English; Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience with tools like R, SAS, or SPSS.
  • Experience with data querying tools like SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with business case modeling and market sizing.
  • Experience with digital advertising solutions and testing frameworks.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
