Job summary

Performics UK, the performance marketing arm of Publicis Media, is seeking a Client Solutions & Enablement Manager to anchor how tech-led solutions are brought to market and embedded across the agency and client landscape.

You’ll connect product, technology and activation teams with clients, ensuring our tools are understood, adopted and leveraged to drive commercial impact, with visibility across the UK and global Performics network.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Passion for product development and tech-driven solutions.
• Confidence delivering pitches, workshops, or training.
• Collaborative, relationship-driven approach.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills within an agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth by consulting with client teams to uncover opportunities and shape product-led growth.
• Lead onboarding for new product engagements and ensure adoption.
• Maintain feedback loops with activation teams to drive optimisations.
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with Tech & Engineering to resolve them.
• Create and maintain sales collateral and playbooks; deliver training and enablement sessions.
• Contribute to product innovation by gathering feedback and shaping backlogs.
