Job Summary

Macdonald & Company are delighted to be working with an innovative property advisory firm that works with commercial occupiers and landlords on their real estate strategies. With a focus on Central London office space and expansion into regional markets, our client is one of London's most active occupier-focused advisories. They are seeking 2 Consultants and 1 Associate Director/Team Leader to join their growing team.

In these roles, you will manage your own database to generate high-quality, qualified leads aimed at scheduling meetings between agents, landlords, and occupiers to provide early-stage real estate advice. Attention to detail and accurate information sharing are crucial.

Your daily tasks include researching and contacting senior decision-makers and C-suite executives at dynamic, fast-growing companies by tracking lease events, fundraising rounds, IPOs, business news, and utilizing internal databases.

You will receive initial and ongoing sales training and will learn to use systems such as Salesforce and CoStar.

Consultant Level Responsibilities:
  • Database Management
  • Outbound calling and prospecting
  • Research and lead generation
  • Sourcing leads independently

  • Experience in B2B or B2C cold calling
  • Work well under pressure

  • Relevant experience from recruitment, estate agency, lettings, etc.
Associate Director/Team Leader Responsibilities:
  • Team management
  • Achieve approximately 13 opportunities per month
  • Manage emails and campaigns independently
  • Lead internal meetings and training
  • Deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market
  • Effective networking with clients and partners
  • High-standard reporting
  • Relevant experience in a similar commercial role

Both roles include commission as part of the compensation package.
