JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Client Solutions Associate and an AVP with client success and project management experience to lead new client onboarding as well as servicing existing clients. Your role will be to ensure on-time and successful client implementation through project scoping, stakeholder management as well as ensuring system adoption post implementation.

To succeed in this role, experience in successfully coordinating with internal team as well as external client account management are important. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Act as project manager to ensure timely onboarding of new client implementation, healthy adoption & usage of system;
  • Understand client use cases to ensure proper scoping of projects, advise clients on most appropriate system usage, data input approach as well as output configurations;
  • Map with key client accounts to resolve difficult situations and achieve win-win results;
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular updates on project status, align on priorities and ensure on-time deliveries;
  • Ensure to provide proper work plan and task breakdown, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data migration and report configurations;
  • Obtain thorough understanding of the Quantium system;
  • Advocate and build excellence in client servicing amongst all team members;
  • Proactively makes initiatives and implement changes to increase team efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-8 years of experience in account management, management consulting, or a related field;
  • Strong project and client management experience;
  • Knowledge of private equity and venture capital accounting preferred;
  • Experience with IT system implementation (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on system implementations, training) is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficult client situations;
  • Interest in the financial technology industry, with a demonstrated rationale for transitioning into the field if coming from a different industry.
