Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Architect Director to lead a team within Infrastructure Platforms (IP) Experience in the United Kingdom.

You will design and deliver complex technical products, partner with UX Designers, Product Managers and Architects, and own the end-to-end customer experience across IP products. You will apply Job to be Done principles, drive cross-functional collaboration, and guide initiatives from discovery through experimentation, with a focus on

• Proven expertise working across a broad set of products to solve client use cases.
• Experience applying JTBD principles and framework.
• Extensive experience partnering with clients in a technology field with engineers.
• Experience supporting product teams while pitching and delivering complex technical products, projects, or applications.
• Experience structuring and handling complex business solutions or technology problems to meet client needs while advising teams on strategies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer experience across IP Products by applying Job to be Done (JTBD principles), understanding what customers are trying to achieve
• Partner with UX Designers, Product Managers and Architects to design solutions that deliver meaningful value at every stage of the journey
• Begin every initiative by understanding the customer’s goals, context, and desired business outcomes. Use governance processes to prioritize solutions and experiences that deliver measurable impact and the greatest business value for customers
• Lead cross-functional meetings, workshops and discussions with designers, product and customers to solve experience challenges
• Drive innovation by using solution charters to design and run experiments, working iteratively and embracing rapid prototyping. Accept failure as a source of learning to quickly identify the best solutions
• Share observations and identified pain points with GT Partners, recognizing that some issues may be best owned and solved by them. Where appropriate, invite GT Partners to co-create solutions to address customer needs and deliver meaningful value

Job Description

As a Client Solutions Architect Director in Infrastructure Platforms (IP) Experience, you are a technical expert for a set of products. You are well-versed in designing solutions to address customer’s complex problems. You are well-versed in customer needs and in designing solutions to address complex problems. As a leader on your team with advanced technical capabilities, you leverage your skills to innovate on how products are designed, enhanced, and modified, and create new ways for teams to successfully consult with customers to continuously improve their experience with the firm’s products.
