Client Solutions Analyst – AdTech

Salary: Base Salary of £40,000 to £45,000 + 15% Bonus + Share Options. Realistic OTE of £55,000

Location: London, Hybrid – 3 days per week in office

Our client is a leading global AdTech company with a cutting-edge analytics and programmatic media offering. They’ve built a high-performing analytics division that supports clients with data-led, scalable solutions. They are hiring a Client Solutions Analyst to support commercial teams, drive innovation, and solve complex challenges with data.

This role is ideal for someone with technical skills and a commercial mindset, interested in analytics, media, and innovation.

The Role:
  • Scope and deliver custom analytics solutions to help win and grow client business
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, trading, and product teams to develop tech-enabled solutions
  • Utilize tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau to build dashboards and proof-of-concepts
  • Support pre-sales discussions by translating technical capabilities into clear client outcomes
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, and delivery across stakeholders
  • Contribute to product innovation by integrating client needs into solution design
Your Profile:
  • Experience in programmatic media, analytics, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud platforms
  • Ability to present technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Curious, analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Collaborative approach with interest in innovation, pre-sales, and product development
  • A degree in a technical or analytical field is a plus but not essential
