Overview

This role involves managing client relationships, supporting business management and implementation, leveraging technical knowledge, and supporting treaty and contract negotiations.

Key responsibilities:

• Client management – Support the management of existing client relationships through meetings, presentations, and identifying new opportunities.
• Business management & implementation – Liaise with internal teams including Protection Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing.
• Innovation and technical perception – Collaborate to utilize existing technical work for client communication.
• Treaty & Contract work – Assist in negotiation and implementation of treaties and addenda.

Qualifications required:

• Mathematics, Economics, or Science-based degree.
• Newly Qualified Actuary preferred.

Experience required:

• Experience in pricing and/or product development at an insurer, reinsurer, or consultancy.
• Understanding of protection reinsurance and/or insurance in the UK or Ireland markets.
• Strong verbal reasoning skills for unfamiliar topics.
• Excellent organization skills to manage diverse workloads and meet challenging deadlines.
