We’re partnering with a leading investment management firm in the Midlands to find a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to oversee and optimise a significant, diverse investment portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in asset management and a passion for driving value across a varied commercial real estate portfolio.

The Role: As Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and performance of a large, multi-sector property portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:#

• Managing and contributing to the asset management strategy across the portfolio, ensuring the delivery of financial targets.
• Leading the performance and execution of lease events, refurbishments, and redevelopments to enhance asset value.
• Identifying and driving value-add initiatives, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and disposals.
• Coordinating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including investors, property managers, and third-party consultants.
• Delivering financial reporting and business plans, ensuring alignment with the investment strategy and long-term objectives.
• Playing a key role in acquisitions and disposals, leveraging market knowledge to identify investment opportunities.

About You:

• Proven experience as an Asset Manager, with a strong track record in managing large investment portfolios
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, property valuations, and market trends
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Previous exposure to a diverse mix of property types (commercial, industrial, retail, etc.)
• Ideally, MRICS qualified or with equivalent professional experience
• Highly motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and unlock value in assets
