Job summary

Q Two Consulting is seeking a competent client-side Project Manager to join our growing team at our Kings Somborne (Hampshire) office. The ideal candidate will be chartered or working towards accreditation with RICS or APM and capable of running their own projects.

The role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, managing multiple projects, and supporting senior leadership in business opportunities while delivering high-quality client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• GCSE English & Maths (A-C) required.
• BSc in Project Management or equivalent preferred.
• Membership of RICS/APM or equivalent preferable.
• Minimum three years’ technical experience in consultancy or contracting.
• Pre- and post-contract experience.
• Wide sector experience preferable; exposure to procurement routes and JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination and delivery of project activities.
• Manage multiple projects for key clients, ensuring consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, progress reports, and key deliverables.
• Attend, lead and document meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce tailored reports aligned with project stages and stakeholders’ needs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and monitor on-site progress.
• Own communications with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates.
• Provide strategic support to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
