A privately-funded architectural property management company is hiring a talented Project Architect to join their growing architecture team. You will work on a diverse range of commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality projects across the West End, from small to large-scale developments.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for design and an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). SketchUp is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, project scheduling, regulations, and legislation.
  • A proactive and results-oriented attitude with a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of architectural and interior fit-out projects in retail, commercial, and residential sectors across the portfolio.
  • Briefing, commenting on, and managing external consultant teams.
  • Produce design guidelines.
  • Review and comment on design submissions.
  • Prepare high-quality, clear, concise, and engaging summary reports and presentation packs.
  • Maintain a good understanding of cost, programme, regulations, and legislation.
