This position suits someone with 2-4 years of practical property development experience, supporting senior team members. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and updating development appraisals and programmes regularly.
  • Coordinating and managing third-party consultants to aid project delivery.
  • Overseeing and negotiating planning, design, and construction phases of development projects.
  • Handling disposals and acquisitions through negotiation and management.
  • Developing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance and adherence.
