Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead client-side delivery for a major hyperscale data centre in North East England. You will oversee CSA activities from design through handover, coordinating external works, core and shell, envelope, roofing, drainage and remediation while aligning with MEPH, OFCI and commissioning teams.

Deliver robust technical assurance, risk management and interface control across multiple stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and programme compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in CSA project management on major construction projects.
• Experience coordinating civil, structural and architectural works on large developments.
• Knowledge of external works, core and shell, building envelope, drainage and weathertightness.
• Ability to manage interfaces between General Contractors, design consultants and utilities.
• Proven track record in planning, risk and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA delivery strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors and utilities to ensure readiness.
• Monitor progress against programme, quality and contractual requirements.
• Identify and resolve blockers, interface clashes and access constraints.
• Prepare and maintain action trackers, risk logs and issue registers.
• Provide timely reporting to stakeholders and governance forums.
