Job summary

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager for a multi-site leisure and hospitality portfolio in the UK. You will deliver refurbishment and fit-out projects from concept to completion, working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Based in the South East and Midlands with site presence, the role involves on-site representation around 3 days per week, strong budget and programme control, and opportunities to build an internal project team

Qualifications

• Experience delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects, ideally in hotels or leisure.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects through the full lifecycle.
• Act as the on-site client representative (c.3 days per week).
• Drive programme, budget and quality outcomes across multiple projects.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Chair or co-chair site and project meetings.
• Review designs and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and board.
