Job summary

PwC UK in London seeks an experienced client-side Management Contracting Representative to oversee a landmark 350,000 sq ft commercial project in Canary Wharf. You will act as the client's trusted representative, ensuring alignment with specifications, budget, programme milestones and contract obligations.

Based in London, you will drive governance, performance reporting and proactive issue resolution, coordinating with landlords, developers, and contractors to safeguard the client's interests

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management contracting or construction management procurement for large-scale commercial projects.
• Commercial and contractual expertise, including contracts, risk management, claims, variations and dispute resolution.
• Ability to oversee quality, compliance and performance while interpreting drawings and specs.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across client, landlord, developer, contractors and consultants.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex contracts and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client on-site, safeguarding interests with transparent stakeholder relations.
• Monitor delivery, progress, quality, schedules, safety and contractor performance against milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholders and communications between client, landlord, developer, contractors and teams.
• Provide governance and reporting, manage documentation, identify risks and mitigate delays.
