Working Pattern: Flexible hybrid/home working with travel to project sites as required.

I’m recruiting for an exciting Client-Side Capital Projects Manager role with a well-established healthcare organisation delivering major refurbishments and new-build projects across the UK. This is a hybrid/home-based position with travel to project sites as required. You’ll be managing multiple construction and fit-out schemes typically ranging from £1m to £5m+ in value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-end management of capital projects from design through to completion
  2. Overseeing contractors, consultants, budgets, timelines, and quality
  3. Leading stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners
  4. Ensuring regulatory and H&S compliance across all stages of delivery
