Job summary

Madison Berkeley in Central London is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join a privately owned property company with a substantial mixed-use portfolio. You will work with Development, Asset Management and Property Management teams, taking ownership of day-to-day building and tenant matters across the portfolio, including tenant fit-outs, dilapidations, inspections and maintenance.

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a privately owned property company with a substantial mixed-use portfolio across Central London.

Working closely with the Development, Asset Management and Property Management teams, you will take ownership of day-to-day building and tenant matters across the portfolio.

The role will include:

• Planned maintenance and fabric repairs

We are looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor with at least 5 years' post-qualified experience who can work autonomously and take a practical, commercially minded approach.

The client is open to permanent or fixed-term arrangements, on either a full-time or part-time basis.
