Job summary

EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Building Surveyor for a client-side estate role in London. The position offers a blend of embedded client-side work and traditional consultancy surveying, with scope from Assistant to Senior level and APC/MRICS progression support.

You will split time between embedded surveying for a London estate and consultancy instructions, gaining exposure to both project delivery and professional surveying across diverse commercial and residential assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a building surveying role.
• Technical knowledge across professional surveying and project work.
• Clear communication skills and confidence dealing with clients.
• APC/ MRICS progression welcomed with support available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional services, planned maintenance and projects for one London estate.
• Act as embedded surveyor, working directly with the estate client.
• Undertake pre-acquisition surveys and defect investigations.
• Prepare schedules of condition and dilapidations reports; support party wall instructions.
