Bristol Property Group is seeking an ambitious Client-Side Asset Manager to oversee a high-quality commercial portfolio across Bristol. You will report to the Head of Asset Management and work with Leasing, Development, Property Management and Finance to maximise value and deliver long-term asset strategies.

The role offers exposure to a growing portfolio with significant investment behind the business and an exciting pipeline of acquisitions and development projects, providing genuine career

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial asset management or property investment.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience managing landlord-owned commercial assets.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• MRICS qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset management strategies across the portfolio.
• Drive rental growth through lease renewals, regears and asset repositioning.
• Identify value-add opportunities including refurbishment, redevelopment and change of use.
• Manage leasing initiatives alongside external agents.
• Prepare financial appraisals, business plans and investment recommendations.
• Monitor asset performance against budgets and business plans.
• Building strong relationships with occupiers, consultants and professional advisors.
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals and wider strategic projects.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will play a key role in driving the performance of a diverse commercial portfolio. Working closely with leasing, development, property management and finance teams, you'll identify opportunities to maximise value, improve income and deliver long-term asset strategies.
