Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

Role Description:

We are seeking a Client Servicing Advisor to join our team in Bromley. Working with our varied multi-national corporate client base here in EMEA, you’ll help to support clients with their everyday Banking, cash management and treasury services, building solid relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. This role offers a high level of visibility as you’ll work in conjunction with several other internal teams to provide seamless delivery to and build relationships with a variety of client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for candidates who can but are not limited to.

• Support clients with all aspects of their treasury movements, managing expectations with regular updates.

• Act as our Front-line support, navigating all internal partnerships and activities throughout the enquiry to deliver an accurate and timely service.

• Form client relationships through regular verbal communication, understanding our client’s business and priorities.

• Advise clients through analysing, identifying operational efficiencies, repair reduction and self-service opportunities.

• Conduct face to face meetings, delivering thorough, advisor service reviews. Promoting self-service opportunities and demand reduction.

• You will professionally resolve conflicts and barriers while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client experience.

• You will leverage industry and product expertise to deepen client relationships and mitigate risk throughout the servicing process.

• You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Technical Support and Fulfilment departments in order to provide a seamless delivery to the client.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in client service or client facing roles

• You will possess effective verbal and written communication skills

• Being able to prioritise an ever-changing workload

• You will have an appetite to evolve and add to a continued excellence environment

Skills that will help:

• Experience gained within financial services or investment banking would be a plus

• An understanding of cash management and/or treasury products and clearings would be a plus

• Fluency in a major European language in addition to English (French, Spanish, German, Italian or Dutch) would be a plus.
