Job description

Elton Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a prestigious and professional organisation in the heart of London with the recruitment of a Client Services Team Leader.

This is a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity to lead a high-performing team delivering essential office support services across reception, post, courier, stationery, meeting rooms, and general office facilities. You will manage a 5+ Client Services Executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently high level of service delivery across the workplace.

The Importnat Part

  • £48,000 per annum

  • Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
  • Central London location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and motivate a team of 5+ Receptionists

  • Conduct regular 1:1s and provide feedback to support development and performance

  • Carry out daily floor walks to ensure a well-presented, fully operational environment

  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues and service delivery concerns

  • Monitor stationery, T-point, and printer supplies and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained

  • Support the planning and delivery of office moves and minor facilities projects

  • Coordinate room set-ups for meetings and events, including AV, refreshments and tech

  • Cover general office duties when required: post, archiving, reprographics, couriers, etc.

  • Liaise with external contractors and sign off maintenance work once complete

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience supervising or managing an office support/facilities team in a law firm would be ideal

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional services environment

  • A collaborative, respectful, and can-do approach to team leadership
