Client Services Team Leader

JP Morgan Canary Wharf | Administration | Permanent | Full-time | Monday - Friday

Salary: Up to £29,200 per annum, dependent on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

No weekends or Bank Holidays

We are seeking a Client Services Team Leader to oversee operations at our JP Morgan medical centre. Your role will involve leading a team of administrators to ensure the seamless functioning of reception, prioritizing the client journey.

The Client Services Team Leader will handle enquiries, appointments, and bookings with utmost attention to detail and customer focus, creating a professional first impression for visitors. The medical centre offers GP, physiotherapy, and nursing appointments across two London sites and Bournemouth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the booking system to ensure efficient processing of all enquiries
  • Leading and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to exceed customer service expectations
  • Enhancing the ‘Customer Journey’ through continuous review and improvement
  • Managing diaries and client appointments for all departments
  • Assisting with events
  • Communicating effectively with clients and staff face-to-face, via phone, and in writing
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure consistent, professional service delivery
  • Completing monthly KPIs and reports
  • Bringing experience from a customer service environment
  • Possessing outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Being approachable, personable, adaptable, and eager to improve customer experience
  • Exhibiting strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Paying close attention to detail
  • Thriving under pressure
  • Being flexible with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Holding excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
