Client Service Specialist - Group Risk

Are you an experienced employee benefits administrator? Are you open to exploring new positions?

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits organisation that due to continued growth are looking for a Client Service Specialist to support consultants with their clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for client queries
  • Supporting with managing the renewals process
  • Producing reports for the consultants to review for upcoming renewals

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have prior employee benefits experience, ideally Group Risk
  • Strong administration experience

This role can be remote or hybrid to one of their offices.
