Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Client Service Manager for several mid-sized client relationships (7-8) including funds in Real Estate, Timber, Agriculture, Real Estate Debt, and Infrastructure.
- Negotiate fees, prepare pricing models and fee proposals for new funds, expanded services, and restructuring fees to maintain appropriate gross margin.
- Prepare Business Change Log (BCL) for new clients/funds and present to Senior Management for approval, then forward for resource provisioning.
- Update CRM system weekly with relevant client activities and information.
- Ensure clients are informed about Citco developments, system updates, and product enhancements related to Real Assets and the Citco platform.
- Serve as escalation point for Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, or Ancillary deliverables at risk of delay, managing expectations and communication until resolution.
- Handle client change requests (CCR), review, discuss, prepare fees, and seek approval or rejection.
- Participate in weekly client service calls and prepare materials for quarterly service calls and annual strategy meetings.
- Lead client-requested DDQ programs and provide industry expertise for sales and client presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships across Citco Lines of Business for cross-selling opportunities and internal information sharing.
- Oversee service issues, revenue, and billing activities across all Ancillary services.
- Monitor client serving as a reference and plan annual revenue budgets, review quarterly results, and develop improvement plans if needed.
- Review and approve weekly hours, sign off on revenue, and manage receivables to ensure prompt settlement.
- Monitor dashboards for accuracy, research variances, and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate with operations on policies, requests for SOC 1 reports, and other compliance matters.
Qualifications
About You:
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, with 15+ years of experience, including real estate fund accounting and 10+ years in Client Service Management.
- Deep knowledge of real estate/private equity fund structures, regulatory, and tax reporting in North America.
- Experience in developing and optimizing business processes in real estate investment funds.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
