The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years in invoicing clients, managing projects, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will also have experience with taxation and understanding contracts, though we may consider candidates with strengths in some areas but not all.

Responsibilities
  • Review non-standard contracts to assess implications for the Client Services team and conduct research as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Accounting and Oracle teams to set up product codes.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Tax teams on various tax projects to ensure accurate taxation on invoices.
  • Work closely with the Client Services team to develop use cases for system enhancements related to licensing and invoicing.
  • Manage atypical DORA requests.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate team to respond to questionnaires and supplier forms.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Track and analyze the costing implications of multi-year deals.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
