Join our vibrant Rapport team as a Guest Services Manager at our clients office near Tower Bridge! Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a dedicated individual to lead a friendly and collaborative team of 4.

This hands-on role is perfect for an energetic leader who thrives on motivating and guiding a team. You will play a key role in fostering an innovative atmosphere that elevates the client experience. Become an essential member of a highly professional team committed to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Contract type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Overseeing team management and daily operations of the Reception
  • Ensuring professional, high quality service is delivered to all key stakeholders
  • Supporting the client with production of statistics and reports as and when necessary (e.g., space utilisation, client satisfaction, etc.)
  • Supporting with the execution of on-site events, including setup when necessary
  • Maintaining an active presence by covering the reception desk during peak hours
  • Leading by example, coaching the team to consistently achieve outstanding service standards
