BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Service Manager in our Horsham, PA Home Health Office. The Client Service Manager will:

  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Manage coordination of client services and address emergent scheduling issues
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
  • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees

Qualifications:

  • Prior medical office or home care experience
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • Proven success in taking on increased responsibilities and achieving goals
  • Aspiring to grow and advance beyond the current position
  • Strong computer skills, including electronic medical records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
