The Client Services Manager will play a key role in supporting the Business Banking division. This individual will work closely with the CEO and General Manager of Business Banking (which encompasses both Transactional and Commercial) to meet and exceed strategic goals by identifying and securing new clients, onboarding prospects, and helping to shape banking products and services that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Success in this role requires a proactive, goal-oriented approach, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships, both externally with clients and internally with colleagues. Earning credibility and fostering collaboration across the organisation will be essential.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive growth within the Transaction Banking division by supporting sales initiatives, securing new business, and consistently achieving performance targets.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging sectors and client opportunities aligned with my client’s strategic direction.
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract customers, particularly in the Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI), Banking, Payments, and Foreign Exchange (FX) sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to enhance customer loyalty and brand presence.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, including adherence to 'Treating Customers Fairly' and 'Consumer Duty' principles.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to strengthen long-term relationships and increase customer engagement and product uptake.
  • Stay informed on market trends, participate in relevant industry events, and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Provide support across the business as needed, taking on additional responsibilities to contribute to the wider success of the organisation.
