Job Title: Client Services Manager

Main Purpose of Job:

To deputise for the Client Services Director in their absence, understanding and managing the Client Services team accounts daily.

Drive automation projects to streamline systems and enhance consistency.

Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and production departments, handling print enquiries and maintaining communication regarding order status.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize workload to maximize workflow and productivity
  • Support team with workload, technical queries, and cover for absences
  • Liaise with clients regarding print requirements and specifications
  • Maintain and develop customer database
  • Prepare estimates and quotes for clients and management
  • Process pre-production work orders and job tickets
  • Coordinate handling of pre-press materials and specifications
  • Handle client enquiries about job status, estimates, and orders
  • Communicate shipment confirmations with Despatch
  • Verify final order values against purchase orders
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
  • Provide updates to Business Development Managers and Key Accounts
  • Assist in process improvements, non-conformance reporting, and margin enhancement
