As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality services to a designated portfolio, working closely with the directors of the firm. Your role will involve managing a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and RMT’s commitment to precision and transparency. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your accounting knowledge while nurturing client relationships, offering strategic financial guidance, and contributing to the growth of the firm.
You will act as the primary contact for your portfolio, ensuring that all client engagements are handled efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and enhancing client relationships with professionalism, ensuring all client matters are managed promptly and efficiently
Working with and coordinating the accounts team to ensure assignments are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Addressing complex accounting and tax issues while ensuring regular communication and prompt resolution of queries
Handling more intricate client work that requires specialised attention.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualified Accountant: ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
Client Management experience: Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate the team, acting as a role model within the firm whilst exemplifying professionalism, integrity and a client-centric approach in all interactions
Diligent and proactive personality with a drive to provide the highest service levels to clients, identifying opportunities to provide additional services
Support business development initiatives, including client proposals and participation in networking, marketing and promotional activities
