Responsibilities:
As Client Services Manager, you'll lead a multi-functional team delivering workplace concierge services at our client's Newbury campus. Your responsibilities include overseeing travel services, space booking systems (VBOS), and switchboard operations, while managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. You'll drive strategic projects, optimise service delivery, analyse data for reporting, and act as the key liaison for stakeholders—ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
