At TC Group, we're looking for a Client Services Manager to join our growing Accounts team. Based in our Leicester Office (with travel to other regional offices as needed), it's a varied and rewarding role, where you'll take ownership of your own diverse portfolio and help clients get real value from our services.

Key responsibilities of a Client Services Manager will include:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery at every stage.
• Build trusted relationships through regular contact, insightful reporting, and face-to-face visits.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow client accounts across our full range of services.
• Support senior leaders with ad hoc projects and help develop team members.
• Play an active role in the continued growth and success of the Leicester office.

About you

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Experience in an accountancy practice environment, ideally with ACA or ACCA qualification (or working towards).
• Solid knowledge of accounting and tax, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and great organisational skills.
• Confidence using MS Office and accountancy software such as IRIS.
• A flexible, collaborative approach and willingness to travel to other regional offices when needed.
