Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Client Service Manager at SX3 Independent Claims Consultants. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing client services, utilizing analytical skills for data assessment, effective communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. This role can either be on a contract basis, part time or full time.
