Job description

Job Title: Client Services Manager
Location: Bedfordshire
Hours: Full-Time

Role Overview:
As the Client Services Manager, you will oversee our clients’ brands, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective leadership of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of domestic and international move coordinators, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
  2. Serve as the escalation point for client complaints, providing a calm and professional approach to resolve issues while considering the needs of the client, team, and company.
  3. Handle claims management, ensuring all aspects of claims are considered, assessed fairly, and resolved. Initially, you will collaborate with directors and third-party claims handlers/insurance companies.
  4. Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures across your team, while contributing to quality control efforts for the company’s services.

In addition, you will directly manage a portion of domestic and international removals, which includes the following responsibilities:

  1. Oversee a portfolio of relocation files, including private, corporate, and commercial moves.
  2. Prepare and manage customs documentation and transit schedules.
  3. Ensure all necessary crew delivery paperwork is clear and comprehensive for the team.
  4. Promote and sell additional services to clients based on their needs.
  5. Act as a central liaison between the client, operations team, and crew during moves.
  6. Support sales, invoicing, and billing processes through administrative duties.
  7. Handle general administrative tasks such as answering calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Experience in the international moving sector, including knowledge of customs procedures, is essential.

Good experience with commercial shipments and artwork handling is a plus.
