GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED in Bristol is seeking a Client Services Manager for a permanent role with hybrid working (3–4 days in office). The role focuses on managing Management Information (MI), improving conversion, and guiding Client Services and Probate teams to provide compassionate, expert support.

You will lead daily lead management, collaborate across departments, and drive continuous improvement while delivering a competitive package and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment within the Legal / Professional Services.
• Demonstrable experience in people management, including key HR processes such as recruitment, appraisals, capability, conduct, and absence management.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring, with a strong track record of developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyse and utilise Management Information (MI), identifying trends, and implement improvements that enhance conversion rates and support SOI targets.
• Act as a referral point for all Client Services and Probate Consultants, providing guidance, ensuring training is in place, and monitoring competency to enhance lead conversion, objection handling, and overall effectiveness.
• Oversee daily lead management, ensuring that all opportunities are maximised to drive conversion rates and business growth.
• Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in how they work.
