A London-based recruitment firm is seeking a Client Services Consultant for their Bedford office. This role offers a path through a Graduate Academy, preparing you to gain a Cert CII qualification while developing your skills in client relationship management. Responsibilities include submitting insurance risk information to insurers, maintaining records, and invoicing. Client Services/Graduate Academy/Academy Role
The Position
Reporting to the Client Support Manager, based at the companies Head Office in Bedford, the Client Services Consultant will be responsible for undertaking all mid-term adjustments and queries received from existing clients and liaising with our insurers.
You will be pushed through a Graduate/ Academy role to become both proficient and qualified within the industry whilst working within a busy Client Services Department. You will also gain your Cert CII (certificate in insurance) qualification and will have access to internal and external coaching to assist in your progression. The company will provide a timetable to meet all departments within the business which will allow you a greater understanding of how each department contributes to their incredible stats. Our client has plenty of progressive routes available following graduation from the Client Services Department, all performance will be tracked via progress trackers which they will support you in completing.
