Job Description:

Meraki Talent is working with a prestigious wealth management firm to appoint a Client Services Executive. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and seeks growth within financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, supporting Financial Planners with high-quality service
  • Prepare financial advice documentation related to investments, pensions, and estate planning
  • Schedule and manage annual client reviews and follow-up actions
  • Maintain accurate client records in compliance with MiFID II and internal standards
  • Process new business applications and coordinate with Investment Managers and providers
  • Support team communication, assist with projects, and provide office coverage as needed
  • Experience in client support or wealth management roles
  • Strong administrative skills and financial services knowledge
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • CII qualifications and DFM knowledge are advantageous but not required
