Your Role...

As Client Services Director, you will build and maintain strategic partnerships with our life sciences clients. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, results-driven marketing solutions that align with our clients' growth objectives. As a Client Services Director at ramarketing, you will drive client success and business growth. You will be an essential point of contact for our life science clients as we support their growth within the sector.

Client Services key responsibilities...

Client Work
  • Oversee client projects, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, content, PR, and design.
  • Provide senior-level insights to enhance reporting and strategic deliverables.
Client Management
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner, aligning marketing efforts with client objectives.
  • Oversee key account management, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Chair client meetings and workshops, offering expert insights to shape strategy.
Growth Activity
  • Identify and drive new opportunities to grow client accounts and increase ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and pitches to win new business.
Support Activities
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to support team growth and development.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and management of client projects, costs, and compliance.
