We’re collaborating with a globally recognized interior design studio based in Belgium that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. They’re seeking a Client Services Director (Interiors) to lead their Client Management team and play a key role in enhancing commercial performance, building global client relationships, and streamlining operations.

We are looking for a natural leader and strategic thinker with a passion for design, hospitality, and building meaningful partnerships. Ideally, candidates should have a background in Interior or Architecture.

You will inspire and lead a team of Client Managers, driving structure, accountability, and performance. You will own client relationships—ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth with international clients.

This includes bridging creative and commercial aspects, collaborating with design teams to deliver high-impact, high-quality projects on time and within budget.

This is an excellent opportunity based in our client's Belgium office, which boasts a diverse European creative team. Applicants should be European or UK citizens and willing to travel across Europe.
