This unmissable opportunity is for a tenacious Client Services Director responsible for the strategic and operational management of all Point-of-Sale contracted and non-contracted clients, including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance aligned with contractual agreements.

The role involves managing and delivering all client requirements, additional service lines, and related tasks. We seek a commercially astute Client Services Director with strong business acumen to oversee the development and operational management of all Point-of-Sale contracts, ensuring exceptional operational support and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include client retention, account development, compliance, and onboarding of new clients.

This role also requires someone with strong people management skills, providing effective leadership and support to the dedicated team.

Candidates must have proven experience in service delivery within display and print management environments, managing contracted retail accounts, and developing alternative solutions.
