How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Client Services Director at Epsilon, you will be the driving force behind managing success of our clients, whilst also nurturing your own team. As a member of senior leadership, you will collaborate with many other leaders in the business to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and drive continuous business growth. You will also be responsible for shaping team culture. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping client strategies, leveraging Epsilon’s advanced digital marketing and MarTech solutions to create measurable value and foster client retention and growth.
