Alfred H Knight is looking for a Mandarin speaking Client Services Coordinator to join our team based in Liverpool, UK. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and overseas offices, verbally and electronically. Within the operations team, you will handle all client inquiries and communicate with clients in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner. You must have excellent time management skills, administration experience, and client relationship-building capability to be successful. The ability to identify and solve problems is vital, as well as being able to work independently and prioritise tasks.
