Job Description:

RPS is seeking an efficient Client Services Co-Ordinator/Administrator for our Occupational Health (OH) team based in Mansfield. The role involves ensuring all aspects of service delivery to clients, managing day-to-day tasks, following procedures, and meeting KPIs, always with the customer in mind. Hybrid working options are available after training.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering communications from clients, suppliers, and the OH team
  • Using our booking system to schedule appointments and update relevant parties (full training provided)
  • Monitoring client charges and producing invoices
  • Attending client meetings via video call
  • Inputting weekly electronic timesheets (training provided)
  • Performing routine administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong office-based administrative experience in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Pivot and Vlookups
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player and independent worker
