Responsibilities

• Conduct initial research into industries, companies and business topics.
• Source experts globally using the AI-driven platform, professional networking sites and online resources.
• Engage with and vet experts through calls, emails and messaging to evaluate suitability.
• Build professional networks and develop negotiation skills through expert interactions.
• Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Attend an introductory insight session before the first-stage interview.
• Complete interviews with the Talent Team, Senior Associate and Team Lead, including a case study exercise.
• Meet with an Associate Director for a final in-depth discussion.
