Selby Jennings in London is seeking a Client Services Analyst to support investor relations and client servicing teams. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years in client services or investor operations who wants to build a long-term career within the hedge fund industry.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day servicing for institutional investors, coordinate reports and marketing materials, and collaborate with investment, operations, legal, compliance, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in client services, investor relations support, sales support, client operations, fund operations, or related role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day servicing of existing investors across the firm's global client base.
• Assist in responding to investor requests, DDQs, and information requests.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of client reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Work with investment, operations, legal, compliance, and finance teams to gather information for investors.
• Maintain investor records, CRM systems, and internal databases.
• Support fundraising and investor relations initiatives through data management and meeting coordination.
• Assist with onboarding new investors and ongoing account maintenance.
• Help ensure timely and accurate investor communications.
• Contribute to process improvement in the client servicing function.
• Participate in industry events, investor meetings, and internal projects.
