Position: Client Services Adviser

Join our dynamic team in Lancaster and play a crucial role in generating new clients and managing relationships within our thriving contact centre.

What You Bring:

  • Previous B2B experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

  • The ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and understandably.
  • Confidence to proactively reach out to qualified leads via phone calls.
Your Role:

Based in Lancaster, with comprehensive training and ongoing support provided.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
  • Explaining our services to potential clients.
  • Determining whether clients have a case.
  • Securing permission to act on their behalf.
  • Collecting and organizing necessary documentation to create a Packaged Case.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth processes.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance KPIs.
  • Communicating the process professionally to clients.
  • Representing our business and partners effectively.
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary up to £22,000.
  • Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of approximately £30,000.
  • Supportive team environment with growth opportunities; expanding from 6 to a maximum of 10 team members.
  • Reporting to the Call Centre Manager.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with one day remote work possible.
